These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Series website and any direct bookings or enquiries made through it. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The Property

The Series is a privately owned, fully furnished two-bedroom serviced apartment located within Neptune Residency, Lavington, Nairobi. The property is made available for short-term residential stays only.

Bookings

Bookings made via Airbnb or Booking.com are governed by those platforms’ respective booking policies, cancellation terms, and guest agreements. For direct enquiries made through WhatsApp, booking confirmation and terms will be communicated at the time of enquiry.

• A minimum stay of 2 nights applies.
• Pricing varies by season, length of stay, and platform.
• Instant booking is available on all listed platforms.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Treat the property and shared facilities with care and respect.
• Comply with Neptune Residency compound rules and regulations.
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy as stated at the time of booking.
• Report any damage or issues to the host promptly.
• Vacate the property by the agreed check-out time.

Liability

The Series and its host accept no liability for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where caused by our direct negligence. Guests are responsible for their own valuables and personal effects.

Cancellations

Cancellation policies depend on the platform used at time of booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation for applicable cancellation terms. For direct bookings, cancellation terms will be agreed in writing at the time of confirmation.

Use of this Website

All content on this website — including images, text, and design — is the property of The Series and may not be reproduced without written permission. This website is provided for informational purposes only.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
